What am I actually purchasing?

A digital file, delivered instantly — never anything physical. Exactly what you get depends on the product: our Canva template kits include a short PDF guide with an editable Canva link; our planners, playbooks, and ebooks are downloadable PDFs (many with fillable digital fields you can type directly into); and select business tools come as Excel spreadsheets. Every product page tells you the exact format before you buy.

Do I need Canva Pro to use these templates?

Only if you're working in one of our Canva template kits — and even then, no. Every Canva template is built to open and edit fully within a free Canva account. If a design ever uses a Canva Pro element, we'll say so on the product page before you buy. Our PDF planners and Excel tools don't involve Canva at all — they open directly in a PDF reader or in Excel/Google Sheets.

How and when do I receive my files?

Instantly, whatever the format. After checkout, your files arrive by email and are also available on your order confirmation page — no waiting, and no separate download portal to track down.

Can I customize my template or planner?

Yes, though how depends on the format. Canva templates are fully editable — swap photos, text, and colors in minutes. Many PDF planners include fillable digital fields you can type directly into, and they're print-ready if you'd rather write by hand. Excel tools are built for you to drop your own numbers straight in.

Will these work on my phone or tablet?

Canva templates: yes, through the Canva app, though we'd recommend a desktop for detailed edits. Fillable PDFs: yes, with a PDF reader that supports form fields (Adobe Acrobat Reader is a reliable free option) — again, desktop gives you more room to work. Excel tools: use the Excel or Google Sheets app.

What am I allowed to use these products for?

Your purchase includes a license for unlimited use within your own business — client work, personal marketing, social media, and print. It doesn't include redistributing, reselling, or sharing the files themselves, even for free.

What's your refund policy?

Because every product is delivered instantly, all sales are final — standard for digital goods. If something is technically wrong with your files, reach out within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
