RIALDEN Digital Products — Return & Refund Policy

RIALDEN sells digital products that are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital downloads, templates, spreadsheets, guides, planners, or other electronically delivered products, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a missing file, defective file, incorrect download, or technical problem with your purchase, contact us at hello@rialden.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your name, order number, and the email address used at checkout. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide access to the correct files when appropriate.
